Community One Coloring Contest Winners

We are pleased to announce that our lobby doors will reopen on Friday, May 1st. In order to comply with Governor DeWine's reopening orders, we have instituted several requirements for members entering our lobbies.

Even though we are reopening our lobby doors, we still encourage members, and especially our "at risk" members, to use the full-service drive up and/or electronic services, to limit exposure to the general public. Lending and new member/account services can be completed in our lobbies using our plexiglass partitions. We are also able to take most of your loan information via telephone and in some instances can even close the loan through eSignature from your home computer!

We look forward to reopening our lobbies, but remain focused and committed to providing a safe environment for our members and staff. Rest assured that we are disinfecting our offices regularly, including teller stations, door handles, ATM, drive through tubes and other high traffic areas. We are also fortunate that our lobbies have plexiglass partitions that go from counter to ceiling, adding further personal separation. To further ensure your safety, our staff will have temperature assessments each day.

C1CU LOBBY REQUIREMENTS

  • Limited number of members in our lobbies. Our staff will direct you as you enter our facilities.
  • Our employees will be wearing masks for the safety of everyone and we highly encourage members, who are entering our lobbies, to wear a mask or cloth face covering over their mouth and nose as well.
  • Be prepared to provide us with photo ID during your transaction.
  • Restrooms will not be available during this phase of reopening.
  • Social distancing rules will apply in our lobbies. Please adhere to the floor decals indicating where to stand.
  • Although C1CU lobbies are reopening, we still strongly encourage you to use our full service drive through lanes and electronic services. Visit our website at www.c1cu.com for a complete list of these services.
  • Please refrain from entering our lobbies if you are not feeling well. We will be here to see you when you are better or you can conduct business via our full-service drive through lanes.

Thank you for your cooperation and doing your part in adhering to these orders while conducting business with Community One Credit Union. We will make a difference together.

WE ARE AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS & OPEN TO SERVE YOU!

3/23/20: Under the new "stay at home" orders by the Governor of the State of Ohio, we want to remind you that Community One Credit Union is an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS and OPEN to serve you through our drive through lanes and convenience services. Please click here to view all of our convenience services or call us at 330-305-3050 for assistance with these services.

Effective at 5pm today, 3/23/20, in order to comply with the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing, we will be closing our lobbies (drive through lanes will remain open and fully functioning). Our lobbies WILL BE AVAILABLE for loan services by appointment only. Please call us at 330-305-3050 option 1 to schedule appointments. We will re-open our lobbies as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.

We are taking these extraordinary measures because the health and wellbeing of our members, our employees, and their families are our number one concern. While we continue to do business as usual in these unusual times, we apologize for possible longer wait times and appreciate your patience as we are working with limited staff.

We also want to share this letter from the Ohio Credit Union League confirming that credit unions and other financial institutions are open for business and are there for Ohioans across our great state! CLICK HERE TO READ COMPLETE LETTER.

Thank you!

On another note, our Spring Shred Day, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 11th has been canceled. Please watch our Facebook page and newsletter for any updates to this. Thank you for your patience & cooperation.

We Are Open & Ready To Serve You

As we continue to follow the recommendations of the CDC and State of Ohio, we want to assure you that Community One Credit Union will remain open, fully functioning and here to serve ALL of your financial needs.

During this evolving situation, our main priority is the health and safety of our team and our members. In order to adhere to the social distancing guidelines that have been set forth, we want you to know that all of your transactions in our lobbies are conducted through a glass partition. Beginning today, we will also service all of our loan requests from the lobby as well. We will be happy to assist you with your loan request via telephone, and in many cases, we will be able to close your loan through E-Sign so you never need to leave your home. When E-Sign is not an option, we will take your application by phone and close your loan in the lobby of either office.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times. The steps we are taking are to ensure everyone’s health and well-being.

We also once again encourage you to utilize our wide range of convenience services or transact your business through our drive through lanes. Should you need assistance in setting up any of our convenience services, you may contact our Call Center at 330-305-3050 for assistance or click here.
